If you already own your own lot or are in the process of looking for your dream lot, JHS Custom Homes will be with you through the entire process. 

 

We believe in a collaborative process with you including lot consultation, floorplan and design selections, budgeting, construction, and the ultimate goal of closing. Our Buyer Concierge will provide regular, timely updates and progress reports and is always available to you for any questions. Your home will be built, in collaboration with you, with JHS Custom Homes principals’ directly.
